Manage Deployments

Authorize deployment

If your website is hosted on Spheron without you being a part of the organization, then all your commits will go to the "authorize" state. The owner or the admin has to authorize these commits before the changes appear on the website.

NOTE: Only owners and admins can authorize a deployment.

Stop deployment

You can stop the deployment of your project while it is getting deployed. This can be useful if you want to cancel a deployment that is taking too long or if you have made a mistake in your commit.

Follow these steps to stop the deployment:

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of deployment in the Deployments section under the Deployments tab.
  2. Or, Click on the deployment you want to stop from the Deployments section and then, Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Select Stop Deployment from the menu.

Redeploy deployment

You can choose to redeploy a deployment that has already been deployed. This can be useful if you want to change the already live deployment.

Follow these steps to redeploy your deployment:

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of deployment in the Deployments section under the Deployments tab.
  2. Or, Click on the deployment you want to stop from the Deployments section and then, Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Select Redeploy from the menu.
